COMING MID-FEBRUARY

in collaboration with the inimitable sen restaurant, dragon hemp apothecary, and the japanese pepper company by way of sugimoto, this lunar new year creation is a very limited batch with spicy japanese sansho pepper, plum, ginger, and chinese herbs  chen pi (dried tangerine) and gui zhi (cinnamon twig).  think lush orient flavor atop a big new england india pale ale base with a bit of heat

IKAGAMI

gluten reduced rice lager, 2.9% alc/vol

COMING MARCH

an elegant and delicate easy drinking rice lager.  ikagami is japanese for squid god. this brew is low alcohol, and we used enzymatic action to reduce the gluten while maintaining a dry and crisp brew
