These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Kidd Squid LLC ("Kidd Squid," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website www.kiddsquid.com, the wholesale customer portal, and any related services (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

USE OF THE SITE

The Site provides information about Kidd Squid Brewing Company's products and services, and provides wholesale customers with access to a portal for placing orders, viewing invoices, and managing their accounts.

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

WHOLESALE PORTAL

Access to the wholesale customer portal is limited to approved wholesale customers with a valid business relationship with Kidd Squid. Portal access may be revoked at our discretion if Terms are violated or the business relationship is terminated.

SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

By opting in to receive text messages from Kidd Squid, you agree to the following:

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kidd Squid LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display accurate information about our products on the Site, including descriptions, ingredients, and pricing. ALCOHOL COMPLIANCE

Kidd Squid products contain alcohol. By placing orders through our wholesale portal, you represent and warrant that you are a properly licensed business authorized to purchase and resell alcoholic beverages in your jurisdiction.
